PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU APPLIED WITHIN THE INITIAL APPLICATION PROCESS (27/2/19 - 27/3/19), YOU DO NOT NEED TO APPLY AGAIN.
During the application dates – students must set up their profile and pay an administration fee of €50.00 to apply. This can be done by visiting email@example.com on the above application dates.
After the application process closes DCU accommodation will perform a random lottery on Monday 1st of April where all successful students get a booking code to log into the system and continue their application all the way to booking a room. Students who get an offer will have 48 hours to accept the offer any pay online. If the offer is not accepted the room will be released for general sale.
Students will have the ability to self-select a room, sign the Terms & Conditions and pay a booking deposit of €250.00 to secure the room. If the student pays and books a room and subsequently cancels prior to semester one starting, the €250.00 is refunded in full. In the event of a cancelation, the €50.00 booking/administration fee is non-refundable
If you are not successful at this point, DCU accommodation will perform mini lotteries as they get cancellations and successful students will be notified.
Semester 1 payment due by 5.00pm on August 21st from all accepted offers otherwise the room is released for general sale.
Semester 2 payment due in full on or before 6th January 2020.

Please note that the allocations taking place on the 1st of April are provisional until the CAO offers are released in August. At this time we will be verifying that all students who are allocated rooms are DCU students with the Registry and any rooms allocated to students who are not attending DCU will be cancelled.
