The rates below are for the Academic Year 2016/2017.  Rates for 2017/2018 will be set in February 2017.

Larkfield Apartments The annual rent for a bedroom within Larkfield apartments is €4,572 payable in 2 instalments of €2,413 and €2,159. The first instalment is payable in August and the second the following January.

 

2 imageHampstead Apartments The annual rent for the single room in Hampstead Apartments is €4,860, payable in two instalments of €2,565 and €2,295. The annual rent for the double room (single occupancy) is €4,932 payable in two instalments of €2,603 and €2,329. The first instalment is payable in August and the second the following January.

If you are successful in receiving a room offer you will be required to pay a booking/damage deposit of €300. A utiilties prepayment of €450 is also required. This covers energy costs and fixed line and WIFI Internet access (Internet cable not supplied).

DCU St. Patrick's Campus

The annual rent for a bedroom on St Patrick’s College campus is €4,572 payable in 2 instalments of €2,413 and €2,159. The first instalment is payable in August and the second the following January.
