Current Students

There will be a phased release of accommodation for 2nd to final year students

2nd Year accommodation: Booking available 4th – 10 March

Students will need to log in prior to this date and create their profile. If you are an existing student you do not need to create a profile again. Please use your current profile to make the application. 

Availability is based on 1st come 1st served basis. Once the booking window opens, students will log in into their profile and continue all the way to self-selecting their rooms. At this point, you will accept the T & C’s and pay a booking deposit of €300.00. 

€50.00 of this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the room at any stage. If you are not a 2nd year DCU student for 2019/2020 your booking will be cancelled.

Students who are unsuccessful will be placed on the live waiting list and as we receive cancellations we will perform mini lotteries for the remaining rooms.

Semester 1 payment due by 5.00pm on August 7th from all accepted offers otherwise the room is released for general sale. 

Semester 2 payment due in full on or before 6th January 2020

3rd year accommodation: Booking available 11th – 19th March

Glasnevin Campus

Current undergraduate students are allocated rooms in Hampstead and College Park Apartments on the Glasnevin campus.  The residences are served by a central reception, run by Campus Residences DAC On campus accommodation is available to full-time DCU students.

2 image Hampstead Apartments contain sixty-one comfortable apartments, each with five ensuite bedrooms, and a shared living/kitchen/dining area. Each apartment comprises four single ensuite rooms and one double ensuite room for single occupancy.  Each bedroom has a study area and both wifi and internet access (internet cable not provided).   A telephone (incoming calls only) is provided in the living area of each apartment.


 

2 imageCollege Park Apartments contain sixty standard apartments, each with either four or five ensuite bedrooms (one double ensuite room with single occupancy in each apartment), and a shared living/kitchen/dining area. This accommodation is fitted and furnished to a very high standard.  Each bedroom has both wifi and fixed line internet access (internet cable not provided) and a study area. Telephones (incoming calls only) is located in the living area of each apartment.

There are also 145 superior bedrooms located in College Park.  All bedrooms are double rooms with ensuite facilities.  Each bedroom in the superior accommodation has both wifi and fixed line internet access (internet cable not provided), telephone (incoming calls only), TV and a study area. 

All Hallows Campus

All Hallows is situated in Drumcondra village within easy reach of the Glasnevin and St. Patrick's campuses.  There are sixty three bedrooms available in Purcell House to students at all levels of study.  Accommodation is in single or double bedrooms (single occupancy only) with either ensuite or shared bathroom facilities.  Each bedroom has a study area and fixed line internet access (internet cable not provided).  There is a large communal kitchen and shared lounge areas.
