If there are any problems with your room or any of the appliances in it, please report it and we will have the fault rectified as soon as possible.
There is an online system for reporting any maintenance issues on campus. Students should report
any problems to the DCU Estates Office by logging in through the Estates Helpdesk on the DCU
website using your own DCU username. This can be found at
You will receive a confirmation email when you report an issue with a unique reference number which will enable you to track the job and see its current status. There is a full list of FAQ on the Estates Helpdesk page in order to assist you.
For any urgent requests such as leaks or electrical faults please contact the accommodation
reception if the problem occurs within office hours. If you have an urgent request outside of office
hours or at the weekend, please contact DCU Security on 01 700 5990.
