12 month licences

 Our Postgraduate Centre offers high quality accommodation for over 100 postgraduate students in the heart of the research community on campus. Rental accommodation at the Centre is in 37 secure, comfortable apartments with 2,3 or 4 bedrooms (each bedroom with bathroom). The majority of the accommodation is let as single bedrooms, on a 12-month licence basis only. However, depending on availability, entire apartments can be let to small families.

Each apartment comprises a kitchen, living room and 2,3 or 4 en-suite bedrooms, fitted and furnished to a high standard. Bedrooms have study desks, and internet access. The Centre also has facilities on the ground floor for the use of all postgraduates and researchers on campus, including a Seminar Room, Function Room, IT Room, Study Room and Games Room.

If there are no rooms available in the Postgraduate Centre, we can accommodate students in College Park (see below) and move them to the postgraduate centre as rooms become available.

9 month licences

For taught postgraduate students we also have a dedicated block of accommodation within College Park Apartments which are available on a 9 month occupancy licence (15th September 2013 – 25th May 2014). These apartments contain 5 double en suite bedrooms with internet access, cable T.V., hairdryer and telephone (incoming calls only) in each bedroom. The annual charge for College Park is €4, 680 and is payable in two instalments of €2,470 and €2,210. Please note that these rooms are located in the Undergraduate Residences but will be subject to the Postgraduate terms and conditions.
