Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with rooms for September 2012 being offered in June 2012.

Successful applicants will be required to pay and submit documented proof that they will be a full time student for the period residency is sought, within 10 days of this offer.

Unsuccessful applicants will be held on a waiting list for any cancellations.

Rooms also become available to postgraduate students during the academic year and these are also allocated by random selection.
