Hampstead Apartments

The annual rent for the single room in Hampstead Apartments is €4,165 payable in two instalments of €2,198 (semester 1) and €1,967(semester 2). The annual rent for the superior room is €4,234 payable in two instalments of €2,234 (semester 1) and €1,999 (semester 2)

If you are successful in receiving a room offer you will be required to pay a booking/damage deposit.

College Park Apartments (standard)

The annual rent for the single room in College Park Apartments is €4,421 payable in two instalments of €2,333 (semester 1) and €2,088 (semester 2).

The annual rent for the superior room is €4,568 payable in two instalments of €2,411 (semester 1) and €2,157 (semester 2). The first instalment is payable in June and the second the following January.  Please note that the superior room has a double bed (single occupancy only)

College Park Apartments (deluxe)

The annual rent for the deluxe accommodation in College Park Apartments is €4,680. Rents are payable in two instalments of €2,470 (semester 1) and €2,210 (semester 2). The first instalment is payable in June and the second the following January. Please note that the superior room has a double bed (single occupancy only)

If you are successful in receiving a room offer you will be required to pay a booking/damage deposit of €300.  A utilities prepayment of €330 is also required.  This covers energy costs and fixed line internet access (internet cable not included). 

International Students – One Semester Stay

Subject to availability international students will be offered a room in one of the following apartments; Larkfield, Hampstead or College Park.
