If you are offered a single room in a 3 bed apartment in the Postgraduate Residences,you will be required to pay the following:

Booking/ Damage/Cancellation deposit: €270

Energy deposit: €215

1 Months rent in advance: €495

The rental charge for the month or part thereof*:  €495 (or part thereof)

*Note: For example If you move in for on the 15th day of the month then you only pay the rent from the 15th until the end of that month.

Total due when offered a room in a 3 bed apartment €1,475

Deposits : €270.00 Booking/ Damage/Cancellation deposit (refundable following bedroom and living area inspection and any damages quantified and priced).

€215.00 Utilities prepayment.  Please note that the rental charges include gas heating. However, the charge does not include electricity, which is metered as a unit in each apartment. Payment for the amount used is taken from the electricity deposit and unused amounts refunded when the occupancy licence expires.  A charge of €60 per annum for fixed line internet access is also deducted from this prepayment (internet cables not supplied). 

One month's rent in advance (security) is due for payment once a room offer has been made by Campus Residences Limited (refundable at end of tenancy).

When you move in you will be asked for your bank details as your monthly rent will be paid by direct debit. You will need to set up an Irish bank account for this. If you do not have one already, there is an AIB (Allied Irish Bank) located on Campus.

Rental : Rent is paid on the first day of each month by direct debit only and includes Internet, cable T.V. and heating. No other form of payment will be accepted.
