Hampstead Apartments
The annual rent for the single room in Hampstead Apartments is €4,165 payable in two instalments of €2,198 and €1,967. The annual rent for the superior room is €4,234 payable in two instalments of €2,234 and €1999. The first instalment is payable in June and the second the following January. *

College Park Apartments (standard)
The annual rent for the single room in College Park Apartments is €4,421, payable in two instalments of €2,333 and €2,088. The annual rent for the superior room is €4,568, payable in two instalments of €2,411 and €2,157. The first instalment is payable in June and the second the following January*.

College Park Apartments (deluxe)
The annual rent for the deluxe accommodation in College Park Apartments is €4,680 rents are payable in two instalments of €2,470 and €2,210 The first instalment is payable in June and the second the following January*.

*If you are successful in receiving a room offer you will also be required to pay a booking/damage deposit of €300.  A utilities prepayment of €330 is also required.  This covers energy costs and fixed line internet access (internet cable not supplied).
