Costs - Academic Year 2018/2019

Rates for 2018/2019 academic year (rents are inclusive of all utilities):

Hampstead Apartments

The annual rent for the single room in Hampstead Apartments is €5,729 payable in two instalments of €2,978 (for the 1st semester) and €2,751 (for the second semester). The annual rent for the double room (single occupancy) is €5,803 payable in two instalments of €3,017 (for the 1st semester) and €2,786 (for the 1st semester). The first instalment is payable in August 2018 and the second the following January 2019.

College Park Apartments (standard)

The annual rent for the single room in College Park Apartments is €6,026 payable in two instalments of €3,132 and €2,893 The annual rent for the double room (single occupancy) is €6,211 payable in two instalments of €3,229 (for the 1st semester) and €2,982 (for the 1st semester). The first instalment is payable in August 2018 and the second the following January 2019.

College Park Apartments (superior)

The annual rent for the superior accommodation in College Park Apartments is €6,396. Rents are payable in two instalments of €3,325 (for the 1st semester) and €3,071 (for the 1st semester). The first instalment is payable in August 2018 and the second the following January 2019.

*If you are successful in receiving a room offer you will be required to pay €300.  This €300 becomes your damage deposit during the licence period. 

Purcell House (All Hallows campus)

The annual rent for the accommodation in Purcell House on All Hallows campus is:

Single room with shared bathroom: €5,729 payable in two instalments of €2,978 (for the 1st semester) and €2,751(for the 1st semester).

Single ensuite room: €6,026 payable in two instalments of €3132 (for the 1st semester) and €2893 (for the 1st semester)

Double ensuite room: €6211 payable in two instalments of €3229 (for the 1st semester) and €2982 (for the 1st semester)

The first instalment is payable in August 2018 and the second the following January 2019.  If you are successful in receiving a room offer you will be required to pay a booking deposit of €300.  This becomes your damage deposit during the licence period.  

International Students – One Semester Stay

Subject to availability international students may be offered a room in one of the following apartments; Larkfield, Hampstead or College Park. If only staying one semester, then you will only be required to pay the instalment applicable for that semester along with the deposit.
