Rates for 2017/2018 academic year (rents are inclusive of all utilities):
Hampstead Apartments
The annual rent for the single room in Hampstead Apartments is €5,562 payable in two instalments of €2,935.50 and €2,626.50. The annual rent for the double room (single occupancy) is €5,634 payable in two instalments of €2,973.50 and €2,660.50. The first instalment is payable in July and the second the following January.
College Park Apartments (standard)
The annual rent for the single room in College Park Apartments is €5,850, payable in two instalments of €3,087.50 and €2,762.50. The annual rent for the double room (single occupancy) is €6,030, payable in two instalments of €3,182.50 and €2,847.50. The first instalment is payable in July and the second the following January.
College Park Apartments (superior)
The annual rent for the superior accommodation in College Park Apartments is €6,210. Rents are payable in two instalments of €3,277.50 and €2,932.50. The first instalment is payable in August and the second the following January.
If you are successful in receiving a room offer you will be required to pay a booking deposit of €300. This becomes your damage deposit during the licence period.
Purcell House (All Hallows campus)
The annual rent for the accommodation in Purcell House on All Hallows campus is:
Single room with shared bathroom: €5,562 payable in two instalments of €2,935.50 and €2,626.50.
Single ensuite room: €5,850 payable in two instalments of €3087.50 and €2762.50.
Double ensuite room: €6,030 payable in two instalments of €3182.50 and €2847.50.

International Students – One Semester Stay
Subject to availability international students may be offered a room in one of the following apartments; Larkfield, Hampstead or College Park.
